Third-Party Platforms & Cloud Disclaimer
Dependencies on software vendors, cloud services, APIs, and externally operated technology.
The role of external services
NUMEXS Corp may set up cloud workspaces, integrate applications, build dashboards using existing data platforms, and configure AI or automation tools selected for a client. Many of these systems are provided and operated by independent vendors. NUMEXS can perform agreed configuration work but does not become the owner of each vendor's infrastructure.
The service scope should identify the selected platforms, account owners, required subscriptions, and the functions assumed to be available. A website description of an integration does not mean that any two products can always connect or that a vendor will maintain a feature indefinitely.
Vendor terms and accounts
The client should review and accept the applicable license, privacy policy, usage limits, and service terms for its chosen products. Vendor accounts should be held under appropriate business ownership and administered by authorized people. NUMEXS should receive only the access required for the agreed implementation.
Some vendors prohibit credential sharing, limit API use, or require higher subscription tiers for integration features. The accepted project plan should account for those restrictions. NUMEXS cannot override a vendor's terms through its own website policy.
Availability and changes
A cloud service or API can be unavailable, degraded, discontinued, rate-limited, or changed by its provider. A vendor may alter authentication rules, fields, usage quotas, or pricing. Such changes can affect an existing integration or dashboard after the initial project has been delivered.
NUMEXS should review a material known dependency during scoping and explain reasonable alternatives where possible. It cannot guarantee continuous availability of a system run by another provider or promise free adaptation to every later vendor change. Ongoing maintenance is governed by a separate support scope.
Costs and billing
Cloud storage, user seats, API requests, AI tokens, marketplace apps, and other vendor services may have recurring or usage-based costs. These charges are separate from NUMEXS fees unless an accepted written scope specifically includes them. The client should decide who may authorize a purchase or upgrade.
A third-party price can rise or a free tier can change without NUMEXS controlling it. A proposed service fee may need revision if a required vendor feature becomes unavailable or requires a different paid plan. The Payment Policy describes how additional NUMEXS work should be approved.
Data movement and privacy
An integration can transfer information across organizational or geographic boundaries. The client should approve which records move, what fields are included, the intended destination, and who may view or retain them. Vendor security, data residency, retention, and AI training settings need to be assessed for the client's use case.
NUMEXS should not be presumed to act as the client's legal adviser or controller of a vendor's independent processing. Where personal data is processed on behalf of a client, a suitable contractual data-processing arrangement may be required. The Privacy Policy describes NUMEXS's direct information handling at a general level.
Backups and continuity
Cloud availability does not automatically equal an adequate backup. The client should maintain a suitable recovery plan for its critical information and decide whether backup configuration, export, or restore testing is included in the NUMEXS scope. The provider's own redundancy and retention settings should be understood.
Before a migration or production change, the parties should agree on source access, a recovery path, a change window, and who validates the result. An implementation may be delayed if a vendor outage or client permission issue prevents safe work.
Liability and support boundaries
Vendor contracts, the accepted NUMEXS scope, and applicable law allocate different responsibilities. A vendor outage, security incident, or product defect should be reported through the vendor's support process as appropriate. NUMEXS may assist with diagnosis or a workaround when such help is within an agreed service.
A reference to a third-party brand does not imply endorsement, partnership, or a guarantee by that provider. NUMEXS should avoid suggesting that it can provide a service-level commitment for infrastructure it does not control.
Questions and updates
This page should be revisited if the range of supported platforms or contractual approach changes. Because vendor practices evolve, a client should check current vendor documentation during each project rather than rely only on this general notice.
Questions about an identified platform dependency can be directed to the contact details below. Include the product, subscription tier if known, desired connection, and relevant constraints, but do not include credentials in a first message.
