Privacy Policy
How business enquiries, project information, remote support data, and website information are handled.
Who this policy covers
NUMEXS Corp, operating publicly as NUMEXS, provides business IT consultation, software setup, workflow automation, application integration, cloud workspace setup, AI tool integration, dashboards, documentation, system optimization, and remote support. This policy describes information associated with the website, direct enquiries, and a service relationship. The information involved varies with the requested work and the tools a client authorizes us to access.
Our clients are businesses. A business project can nevertheless involve personal information about employees, customers, or contacts in the client's systems. The client decides which systems and records to make available for a service. Separate written terms may be required where NUMEXS is asked to process personal information on a client's behalf; this public notice does not replace such an agreement.
Information received from you
An enquiry sent directly to NUMEXS may contain a name, company, email address, phone number, service interest, description of a technical issue, and later correspondence. A project may require system inventories, account names, configuration details, sample records, process maps, screenshots, or documentation. Remote support may expose information visible within an authorized screen or account.
Please do not put passwords, access tokens, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive records into a general enquiry. Agree on an appropriate method for granting temporary access or sending project materials. If information about other people is included in materials you provide, your business is responsible for having authority to share it for the agreed service.
Website form and technical information
The enquiry form supplied with this site checks required fields in the visitor's browser and displays a completion message. It does not transmit entries to NUMEXS or save them on a server. A visitor must contact NUMEXS directly using the plain-text email address shown on the site to send an enquiry. If a working submission service is added, this notice and the form's on-screen explanation need to be revised before use.
The website host and security infrastructure may process ordinary connection information, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested pages, and access times. The exact processing depends on the deployed Shopify configuration and any installed apps. The Cookie Policy explains categories that may operate and the need to check actual settings before publication.
Purposes and lawful handling
Information received directly may be used to respond to enquiries, evaluate a proposed scope, perform an agreed project, communicate about access and testing, maintain service and billing records, resolve issues, and comply with applicable obligations. Technical access is requested for a defined task and should be limited to the permissions required for that task.
NUMEXS should not use client system data to publish examples, train external AI tools, or market a client's project merely because that data was visible during work. Any such use requires separate authorization and must respect the provider's terms and applicable law. The client remains responsible for deciding whether a proposed AI service is suitable for its data and use case.
Service providers and third parties
Website hosting, email, file storage, cloud platforms, software vendors, payment providers, and integration services may process information needed for their respective functions. A recommended third-party product has its own terms and privacy practices. NUMEXS does not control that vendor's independent processing simply by configuring or integrating the product for a client.
Where NUMEXS engages a provider for its own operations, the provider should receive only appropriate information for its role. A client-directed integration can move data between systems selected by the client; its purpose, fields, credentials, and destinations should be defined in the accepted scope. Information may also be disclosed where law requires or to protect legitimate rights and security.
Retention and protection
Enquiry correspondence and project records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, perform work, maintain business records, address disputes, or meet legal requirements. Different records have different retention needs; there is no single retention period for every category. Client platform data may remain in the client's own systems under the client's retention settings after a project ends.
Reasonable administrative and technical precautions should be used when handling project materials and authorized access. No method of transmission, storage, or remote connection is completely risk-free. Specific security controls, incident procedures, and deletion commitments for a client environment belong in the applicable project agreement or data processing terms.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies, a person may request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over personal information held by NUMEXS. We may need to verify the request and may retain records where required for legal, billing, security, or dispute reasons. Where NUMEXS handles data solely within a client's environment, the relevant client may be the right first point of contact for a request concerning its records.
You can manage browser cookies through browser settings and, where provided, the deployed site's privacy controls. To make a privacy request to NUMEXS, use the contact details at the end of this page and describe the information or project involved. Do not include account credentials in the request.
Changes and contact
Services, hosting settings, apps, and law may change. This policy may be revised to reflect actual practices, with the updated date shown above. A material change should be reviewed against client commitments and communicated where required. The current published page controls website enquiries from its effective date, while a separate signed agreement may govern an existing project.
Questions about information handling can be directed to the contact details below. Please identify whether the request concerns a website visit, direct correspondence, or a specific client project so it can be routed appropriately.
